SKILLS FOR EFFECTIVE TEACHING

It has become exceedingly difficult to carry on a meaningful conversation in the modern world when everyone is continuously exposed to more and more information. In light of this, teachers’ roles have become even more crucial because they must not only be experts in the subjects they teach, but also be able to engage diverse groups of students with varying levels of engagement capacity by teaching the material in a fun and engaging way.

Outside of the classroom, instructors still have obligations. They must guide the children outside of the classroom and engage regularly with a variety of other stakeholders, including parents, peers, the principal, management, and others. For a teacher to be successful and have an influence, communication skills are becoming more and more crucial.

Through this activity-based training programme, we help teachers learn how to connect with, communicate and manage with a variety of students and stakeholders in order to be an effective communicator and role model for their students.
